About the server
What is One State Network?
A whitelisted FiveM roleplay server built on vMenu with a custom framework underneath. You spawn as your character and set the scene from the menu. Civilians also have a real economy to play in: legal jobs, legal and illegal ways to earn, and money that buys the tools a story needs. Only firearms cost money. OSN is US-based and operates on Eastern Time, strictly 18+, with police, sheriff, state, fire, dispatch and civilian departments sharing one San Andreas.
Official roleplay server
The home of Out of Character Radio roleplay.
Out of Character Radio talks roleplay. One State Network is where it happens. OSN is the official roleplay server of OOC Radio.
Civilian life
Money is a tool, not a chore.
Civilians are not here to make calls for police and fire. They are here to build a life: a job, a business, a crew, a reputation. vMenu stays in your hands for vehicles and character setup, and underneath it a custom framework gives that life an economy. Earn it however your character would, spend it on what the story needs, and never treat it as homework.
Spawn with vMenuCars, outfits and scene setup are a menu away. Nobody waits at a dealership.
Work a jobLegal jobs pay when your character needs a paycheck, or a reason to be somewhere.
Or break the lawIllegal money is on the table too. Both paths are roleplay, and both have consequences.
Guns cost moneyFirearms are the one thing behind a price tag. Everything else stays free.

Frequently asked
Quick answers.
vMenu or ESX/QBCore?
OSN runs on vMenu with a custom framework underneath. vMenu handles spawning vehicles and setting up your character. The framework gives civilians an economy: legal jobs, legal and illegal ways to earn money, and purchases that add to a scene. Only firearms are locked behind money.
Do I have to grind for money?
No. Money at OSN exists to give civilians tools for roleplay, not to gate the server. Vehicles still come from vMenu, and firearms are the only thing you have to buy. Earn when the story calls for it, legally or otherwise.
What do civilians do?
Civilians build a life in San Andreas: a job, a business, a crew, a family, a reputation, legal or otherwise. They are not here to generate calls for police and fire. Civilian Operations (CivOps) oversees civilian standards, businesses, criminal roleplay and events.
